NAA's Keynote Speaker
Hill Harper Announced as Keynote Speaker!
"I want young women and men to have knowledge of the things that can bring them true empowerment: education, a strong sense of purpose, compassion, confidence and humility..." - Hill Harper
Starring in CSI:NY and numerous TV series and films, Hill Harper always knew that personal achievement was only part of success; to be truly successful meant he had to help others accomplish their goals. That is why he has been a volunteer and now is the spokesman for Big Brothers, Big Sisters. He knows how hard it is to stay on the straight path, that our youth don't always have the tools to do the right thing, even when they want to, so he became a New York Times best-selling author with Letters to a Young Brother and Letters to a Young Sister.
A firm believer that education is the key to unlock potential and open doors, Harper pursued his education with passion and determination. He is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Brown University and has earned graduate degrees in Law and Public Administration from Harvard University.
