A college degree and experience with working with high risk youth is highly desired. Bilingual candidates are especially sought. The LSC position is part BUYF’s Building Futures Initiative which an in-school/after-school year round program that seeks to improve school engagement, attendance, and performance of truant students. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits. The LSC will work at The Mario Umana Middle School Academy in East Boston serving chronically truant middle schoolers.
