The Alliance for Inclusion and Prevention (AIP) is hiring an Education Specialist for our Therapeutic After School Programs in Dorchester and Roslindale.

The Alliance for Inclusion and Prevention (AIP) is hiring an Education
Specialist for our Therapeutic After School Programs in Dorchester and
Roslindale.
AIP is a private, non-profit agency serving at-risk youth in the
Boston Public Schools. The responsibilities of the Education
Specialist include:
-creating and leading project-based enrichment activities that support
academic achievement for middle school students
-attending students' IEP meetings and following up with IEP requirements
-communicating with teachers and other school staff regarding
students' academic progress
-assisting Group Leaders with creating educational enrichment
activities for students
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, with a minimum of a
Bachelor's Degree and at least two years experience working with
students. Strong administrative experience and Education experience
required. Experience in Out of School Time Programs preferred.
Experience working with Boston Public Schools preferred.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 1:30 - 6:30 pm.

 Compensation: $15-$18/hour
