In this multi-session program, participants will explore performance skills, Shakespearean text and develop their leadership and mentorship skills. Focusing on Citi Performing Arts Center(SM) Free Shakespeare mainstage production of As You Like It, participants will become familiar with the story line and its universal themes and share their knowledge with the community through teaching internships and leading Interactive Performance Workshops. Participants receive a small stipend for their work in this program. An interview/audition is required. Ages 14-19.
